Identify: At first, we have to identify risk by
observation and provided information.
Assess: We have to assess level of risk according to
users or group of people who can be potentially affected. Level of risk is by
other means severity of risk.
Action Plan: This step involves applying
control measure to eliminate risk. Control measures can be instructions,
guidance, use of equipment (including lifting, moving and personal protective) and restriction.
Review: Review is required to find out
whether control measures are still effective or not. It is also necessary for
the purpose to update.
