The most effective way to appreciate your strength and areas for development are feedback, appraisal and reflective practice. When you will receive feedback from service users and appraisal from manager or supervisor it will help you to realise your strength and what further development do you really need to improve the quality of service. A social worker constantly require to ask for feedback and to provide feedback in order to identify the areas for development and how one can improve the quality of service provision.
