There are many factors can consider but I mentioned a few in below -
* Setting : Work setting may have lack of trained staff, not enough staff, work pressure, stress.
* Individual's circumstance : Individual who is suffering from dementia or other mental health issue, who has disability, and who are isolated are more vulnerable than others.
* Work environment : Lone worker or isolation of service users, no management or supervision, no support.
