Recent health emergencies and biodiversity

Our forefather Adam was being thrown out of heaven just because he ate an apple from the garden of Eden. We are the successors carrying the consequences in our throat still now. Our greed of mouth have continued to grow since then and often chasing after new taste and delicacy on earth. Purpose of consuming food is to live through our metabolism. Sometimes when famine prevails on earth or poverty prevails in society and our survival comes to a question, then we consume food which even does not support our metabolism. I am not certain whether only our species exhibit this kind of behaviour or other species do the same. Will a different species change their eating behaviour if there is a food crisis or just to explore different type of delicacy? During the span of such crisis, we consume just to satisfy our hunger but when crisis is over we consume food to extend our longevity. I understand that human beings as a tertiary consumer can consume primary and secondary consumer as well as primary producers. Our capacity to consuming such wide varieties are putting other species as well as ourselves at great risk of extinction.

However, it is universal truth that our ingesting behaviours and lifestyles are the responsible for most of the fatal diseases in the universe. Despite knowing our mortality, relentless efforts to increase longevity probably causing our own destruction. Not everything we eat and drink support our metabolism or perhaps support with an impact inside our body unknowingly. In the 20th century, we still believe in eating a turtle can increase our longevity or eating a snake can save us from all poison and eating raw oyster, snails will increase blood flow in your male organ. Even if it does, then my question is at what price? Inviting pathogens in our body by destroying biodiversity is the price, I believe. Every action that prevents natural way of life has equal or opposite reaction. I believe we all understand now from ongoing worldwide health emergencies that how cruel this reaction can be.

Greed of our mouth was the reason we were thrown to the earth and for the same reason we will be doomed and extinct from the earth perhaps.
